How to Order a Handpump
- Step 1: Click on the blue button below and fill out the form according to your requirements.
- Step 2: After payment is complete at the end of the form you will receive an acknowledgement email.
- Step 3: Allow upto 12 weeks for installation (location dependant)
- Step 4: Shortly after installation you will receive a completion PDF report via email which includes: images of the installation / finished hand pump, the address location, GPS coordinates, Number of beneficiaries the pump can serve daily (see sample pdf below).

Important infomation
- The Guarantee length is dependant on location and the agreements our partners have established locally (see above table).
- The cost of the hand pump reflects the cost of installing it in a given country location and the maintenance agreement that is established with the local partner.
- The hand pumps are given to or installed on the home of a Zakat qualifying family, this is to ensure there are people responsible for it. It is also agreed with the family that people in the immediate vicinity are free to use the pump as needed.
- The installation locations of the hand pumps inside a given country is at the discretion of our supplying partners.
